Tracking Information

Incorrect Addresses

Uncharted Woods is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Uncharted Woods is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Delivery interruptions beyond our control

Customers experiencing shipping issues should contact the shipping carrier directly and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping
